hi,
let me thank you all for helping me in the past
now i am facing a new problem,
i am trying to embedd j mol in html
and i had done it
but when i tried to open it in the web browser i was uan able to do so
i had put the j mol .sh file and other .jar file in both cgi-bin and html
folders
and given the path in the html tag
i had given full permission to all the files 777 to it.
and tried with both the paths.
but each time the result was same. jmol dint pop up.
the place where th jmol window should be.. its blank
