Please be more specific.
In general it should not be a problem to change the text of a menu item
(although I havn't tried this yet). If you have provided a unique 'id'
with the 'jmolMenu' definition and know the serial number of the menu
item you should be able to address it with
'document.getElementById("menu_id")...'.
