Jmol 11.1.28 adds a new option for "set echo" -- SCRIPT
set echo top center set echo top script "spin on" echo spin on SCRIPT can be defined for any echo -- one of the standard ones (top, middle, bottom) or ones that you create and name yourself, either at fixed screen positions or fixed 3D molecular coordinates. It might be interesting to make these so that they supercede atom clicking and also can be translucent 1.0 (that is, transparent). Then "clicking on an atom" could activate an invisible link and fire a Jmol script instead of a callback. An idea? Other ideas?
