1. write history command -
the written history file includes the command to "write history" with the same file name - this will lead to the file overwriting itself. If you are editing the file and do not realize that, you'll be overwriting the original file you wrote, which may not be desirable.

If the history includes a write state command, the same thing will happen to your state file. Very easy to overwrite this without meaning to.

suggestion - Would it be feasible to comment out all write commands by default, when history is written?


2. write state command - monitor/measure lines are not visible by default when "set measures" is off - state script has "measures off" instead of "set measures off"
