I am trying to embed Jmol to my application (a protein 3D structure
prediction software).
As there is no detailed documentation about the usage of the source files, I
started with
the Integration.java in examples/basic/. I tried to use the JmolViewer and
JmolSimpleViewer
classes but found that the popup menu cannot be displayed with them. In the
demonstration
webpage (http://jmol.sourceforge.net/demo/cartoons/), the popup menu can be
displayed.
Anybody knows how to make the popup menu available when embedding Jmol?
Another solution that I can think of is to put the Jmol applet in a JPanel
which can then be
embedded into my application. Anybody knows where to start for that?
