Hello, all.
I'm newbie here, and researching nanoprocess using computational
process simulation.

I recently was known Jmol and charmed by it, and we would like to use
Jmol to visualize my simulated result.
The phenomena are static ( we should solve them on molecular dynamics,
but they are not dynamic in position), and are relatively large scaled (
about 1 million atoms ).
We also should treat 2 or 3 inorganic compounds which consist of up to
10 atom species, so we don't require the specifications about organic
compounds.
Please tell me the appropriate file format which is easy to understond
and output using our simulator now being developed.

Thanks in advance.
