It's the first time I hear about input of structures using Chime. For us to help, you will need to give more details as to what does that mean, how it is done, how is the string constructed. I guess this is some Chemscape server issue, nothing to do with Jmol. I would vote that the server software can do the conversion to Molfile, if anything can do it.
