thank you for the quick feedback and your valuable suggestions!

In fact, the display for real input was already generated with 2 separate 
models, I only missed to do this with the precalculated example shown by 
default. I have adapted the example and added two buttons to selectively view 
query and/or target.

Thanks also for the hint on the memory leak fix, I will try some newer versions 
of the applet as soon as possible.

TopMatch-web can now also be found on the listing of the Jmol Wiki.
