Hi Angel,
I have two set of protiens, 1) Hub- Protiens those can intract more than two
nuber of proteins. Usually in a PPi network, a protien will act as hub to
connect other protiens.
2) Non-Hub-Proteins those have only less intracion profile than the Hub
proteins.
