Hi all, we have released now Jena3D (http://jena3d.fli-leibniz.de/), an enhanced version of the JenaLib Jmol viewer, uncoupled (to some extent) from the JenaLib (http://www.fli-leibniz.de/IMAGE.html).
Jena3D contains a mirror of the Jmol interactive scripting documentation (http://jena3d.fli-leibniz.de/doc/jmol_scripting.html). The mirror is updated twice a day from the SVN repository at SourceForge. I also added a link to the corresponding Wiki page (http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Template:Jmol_Documentation).
