I'm still working with SVG. Making progress. Now clicking on a dot on the graph highlights the dot and updates jmol to the corresponding structure. Next thing is to change which model is being shown from within the jmol applet and have it update the SVG. New territory for me. Can someone point me in the direction of how to make changes in the applet trigger an event?
