Bob,
I think the problem is the Jmol javascript command in the version of MSIE
that I'm using. I cannot even get a JavaScript alert box via the console in
MSIE. I use the JavaScript function at the end of the load script because I
have some JavaScript that I do not want to run until the applet has loaded.
The Jmol unbind/bind commands do not really need to be run via this
JavaScript function, indeed when I move them, bind/unbind works in MSIE.
On the JavaScript that really needs to wait until the applet is loaded, the
javascript function at the end of the load script was a neat trick to get
these functions to behave on the initial load of the applet. It works in
Firefox and Chrome. MSIE seems to have problems.
