I've just had the same warning in two non-Jmol pages.
It's the same warning dialog shown at

Definitely a Java update issue.

java.vendor:Sun Microsystems Inc.
java.version:1.6.0_20-b02
os.name:Windows XP
Same in all my browsers: Firefox 3.6, IE 8
Safari 4.0.4 Win and Opera 10 do not give the warning, but models are 
not loaded into JmolApplet (java.security.AccessControlException: 
access denied)
