Maurice, as far as I know Liveweb will just display inside Powerpoint whatever webpage you have. >From your description, I'm not sure exactly what your problem is, but I don't think Jmol has anything to do with it.
On the other hand, I find that using Liveweb is not worth the bother. I'd suggest that you have your web page ready and open behind Powerpoint.
