ST1.html:

You should NEVER do this:

alert("Load another structure");
var script2 = 'load Structures/chlorophyll.pdb';
jmolScript(script2);


Ever ever ever! That  is just asking for trouble. No one should expect that
to work. Under any circumstances. The applet is not loaded, and script2 is
fired at it if the alert is responded to too early.
