Bob, For our isu/chemagic modelkit application, I have been controlling the model kit (on, off, and kit functions) by page links and callback functions. I wrote to you a while back on this subject, and I have been using the hooks in the page you suggested:

Prior to12.0.RC28_dev, I did this by turning hover off. After turning the kit on and off, I have been running the following scripts: AFTER KIT ON - set picking off;set picking on;set bondpicking true;axes off;hover off; AFTER KIT OFF - set picking off;set picking on;set bondpicking false;axes off;hover off; This was no problem for us since we want to run with hover off anyway. With 12.0.RC28_dev, however, I cannot turn bond selection circles off. I can turn off the atom selection circles, but not the bond circles. Do you have any suggestions for doing this.
