Easiest is to just use Jmol utility Export to Web --included in the app--.

You could also maybe use some of the examples in
http://jmol.sourceforge.net/demo/
but they are not well suited for being used as templates.

That's for the applet in a web page.
Regarding the Powerpoint question, the only way to do it is using a progran 
called LiveWeb (Windows only), but you still must create a webpage and then 
embed it into Powerpoint.
