Hi all, I've got a question about a pdb file with ANISOU records. As far as I can tell from Google, ANISOU records enable one to create ellipsoid surfaces around each atom in the file. Does anyone know whether there are there implications of these records in electrostatic surface rendering, or calculation of the charges therein?
