Violet is the color. I think it may have changed at some point, but I don't
know when. The default color of the isosurface as well as the state (mesh,
nofill, etc.) isn't stored in the JVXL file and isn't guaranteed to be
returned just by reading the file. So you should always set those when you
read a JVXL file. Only when you save the state or write a .jmol file is the
color is preserved.
