Are you hardcoding the applet tag? I think maybe you are. Try using the

JmolApplet()

command instead and see if that fixes it. It's happening for me as well at
your site, but all the file references look fine. So it's definitely
something about that site.

You might also try removing the load parameter and instead use just:

<param name="script" value="load 'ch3cl+i.xyz'; dots on; zoom 150;
animation on">
