OK. I have enough examples!!!
I wrote about this issue last week, but then could not get back to it until
after my visiting family had left. I filed a bugzilla report at that time:
#620710. It involves a Mac running 10.6.5 and Jmol with multiple instances of
the applet.
Below are two URL's which load multiple applets. In both cases, including my
own which is not listed, the page freezes. This does not occur with a single
applet.

The java console shows no error. If fact it shows nothing. However, the
Console shows the following error sequence.

I will amplify my bugzilla report with this information later today. Can
someone (Bob?) suggest what might be happening so I can point a way for them?
Actually, some wording that will be meaningful to them would be helpful.
