Jmol can indeed go in web pages in the form of the Jmol applet.
It doesn't matter how you write those pages, with Dreamweaver or in 
any other way.

You can learn how to insert JmolApplets by reading the Jmol Wiki, as 
well as in several tutorials out there.

You can also use the Export to Web module, which is part of the Jmol 
application, and it will produce the needed html code which you can 
use as is or integrate it into your pages.
