Regarding Jmol on Blogspot: I have no direct experience, but have you checked? http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Jmol_in_Wikis_and_Blogs Maybe the WidgetBox method will do. 4. Maybe your surface should not be made of atoms. you could use draw, pmesh or isosurface commands.
