Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with a web page I did some time ago using the Jmol
signed applet... It was working perfectly before, but now I'm trying it
again and the applet shows the following error message instead of the
protein structure:
"No atoms found
for file xxxx.pdb
type Pdb"
The file is a normal pdb that indeed contains atomic records... I have no
clue why this is happening since before it wasn't... I thought it could be
a matter of permissions on the file but after giving it full permissions
the problem remains...
What can be happening?? Thanks a lot!
