Hi Daniel without testing, I would use
load myzip.zip|structures/2L6F.pdb filter ':A/1, ![HOH]' or load myzip.zip|structures/2L6F.pdb filter 'MODEL=1 and :A, ![HOH]' That is, model=1 not model:1. The forward slash notation dates back to Rasmol compatibility, but it is handy.
