I'm working on converting pages from Jmol to JSmol and am seeing a strange and mysterious phenomenon, with the structures showing up in a different part of the page than what I expect based on the coding. I'm using Bootstrap to handle the layout, in case that's relevant.

The JSmol version of the page is http://web.centre.edu/muzyka/organic/jsmol/butanes.htm.
