JSmol 13.1.13 is released. This version of JSmol has fully Google Closure
Compiler minimized JavaScript libraries.

All the new capabilities of Jmol 13.1.13 are in JSmol, including PyMOL
session file reading and cel shading, among other things.

I've done some housecleaning with JSmol, moving files into subdirectories
at http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol .

I think you will find the organization to be much improved. The zip file
containing all the files in that directory is released at

https://sourceforge.net/projects/jsmol/files/

with unreleased updates going to

http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/jsmol.zip

The only files you need for HTML5-only pages are JSmol.min.js and the j2s/
directory.

If you want to use only Java (Jmol applet), make that JSmol.min.js and
java/.

The js/ directory is only important if you are using WebGL, because that
library is not part of JSmol.min.js. If using WebGL, you need
js/JSmolThree.js and js/JSmolGLmol.js (which are not minimized).

The directories make/ and test/ are not generally needed.

There are three demo/test pages in the main directory, jsmol.htm,
test2.htm, and simple.htm. The data/ directory just contains all the model
and script files needed for these three pages.

it is better to take what answer we get.
