Hi,

I'm trying to display a number of superimposed models using the Jmol-12.2.34
webapplet. I've run into a problem in which models are not rendered properly,
and one of the superimposed models seems to be in a different orientation. I
verified using PyMOL that this is not the case, since PyMOL loads the
superimposed models in the same orientation. What is very odd, is that the Jmol
desktop client v. 12.2.34 also loads all structures in the proper orientation!

Upgrading to version 13 is not an option, since I find the performance of JSmol
with multiple models to be very bad.

Relevant code:
        var brk_joined = '"fitted_3d4sA.pdb" "fitted_2vt4B.pdb"
"fitted_1hzxA.pdb"';
        jmolScriptWait('load files '+brk_joined+' ; cpk off; wireframe
off;cartoon; color cartoon structure; frame 0.0');

Any advice would be appreciated, since we have already put in a lot of effort
learning Jmol, and the only other solution would be to switch to another
viewer, e.g. OpenAstexViewer.

I can send screenshots/PDB files upon request.

Best Regards,
David Westergaard
