Bob,

Binding ALT-LEFT is firing on ALT-LEFT-CLICK. If I said just LEFT-CLICK, I 
meant ALT-LEFT-CLICK.

Having said that, up to and including 13.1.16_dev 2013.05.28d, binding LEFT 
(alt or not) bound LEFT-DRAG (with ALT if so bound). Binding SINGLE and DOUBLE 
bound simple clicks. I'm OK with whatever, but if binding LEFT now means 
binding the click only, how do you bind a click-drag?
