Hi all This is an older problem that was solved and it seems now to be back in JSmol which I downloaded yesterday (jmol-13.3.6_2013.09.14.zip from StOlaf)
In the HTML5 mode, when the container is resized (I'm using jQuery resizable for that and 100% Jmol Object), the model image gets distorted until you go and drag the model around again. I'm quite sure this was fixed time ago. I may have a mixture of jQuery versions (my external one and that included by JSmol, but I've been unable to use JSmol.nojq.min.js) but I dont think it should be that since everything else is working fine. Any inspiration, Bob?
