Bob,

I assume this is the same problem I'm seeing in a number of situations, 
primarily with callbacks, bindings, and partial charge calculation. I may also 
see it with minimization. I'm not sure. The problems are all random.

I don't see the problems when I use modelkitmode from the Jmol modelkitmode 
menus, which is an option for me. Is there away to pop up that modelkitmode 
menu with a command - i.e. like the menu command for the Jmol menu.
