Dear jmol users, I am experiencing problems while generating images(JPG files) from xyz file in a non-interactive way using a script (see attached file jmol_orb.spt).
I intend to use the following command to produce the images $ jmol -n -i -s jmol_orb.spt sample.xyz and get the image without any interactive process with jmol. The image (molecule.jpg) I get out from this process shows a smaller font for the echo option in the script and axes labelling is also missing. If I go the interactive way while using the same script $jmol -s jmol_orb.spt orbital05.cube and export the image again by clicking on the camera button in the menu, I get the correct fonts. Am I missing something in the script.. Any help with the non-interactive image generation will be of great help. Thanks in advance, Manohar
