I am trying to set up my own color scheme similar to the "shapely" scheme. I
have made an array similar to that shown using show colorScheme, i.e.
myColorScheme = [x00ff00].....[xffffff]; for the 35 elements (amino acids
nucleic acids ...) and want to use it to color cartoons. I can't quite get the
syntax to work, i.e. color myColorScheme cartoon; does not work. What am I
missing here?
