Hi all I am having an issue with JSmol in Internet Explorer. When I ask to save a file, the jmol.php page opens in a new IE window (tab) and it stays open.
This happens from my page where Save As is requested by script, but it also happens at http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/jsmol.htm when using the popup menu File > Save a copy So it is a browser issue. BTW, for this to happen I had to first authorize popups for that domain in IE. Any solutions? The blank page (php) covers the actual page where the dialog to save or open is being displayed at the bottom, according to IE's interface style. Ideally that php page should not open, or at least it should close automatically.
