Hi, I generally like CPK colours but I would like to change the colour for carbon to black. I think I may have asked this before, so if so I apologize, but is it possible to set the background in Jmol to transparent? Also, is it possible to move a molecule down directly, by clicking on it and pulling it down by hand? Because I find it irritating how at the moment the only way I know of moving the molecule down is by centering around a molecule such that it would shift it in the direction that I want it to as this is limited in how customizable the position of the molecule is.
