Just a reminder from previous posts. To run files locally in Chrome, you have
to start Chrome from the terminal:
MAC
open -a /Applications/Google\\ Chrome.app --args --allow-file-access-from-files
For Windows, I think it's:
chrome.exe --disable-web-security
