When porting some Rasmol scripts to jmol, I found that the 'pause'
command works in version Jmol-13.0.16-binary but not in
jmol-14.2.2_2014.06.29 or jmol-14.2.15_2015.07.09. In the older
version, the script in the Script Editor window stops after the pause
command and only resumes when the resume button is hit. In the newer
versions, when the pause command is encountered in a script, the line:
'script execution resumed'
just keeps repeating over and over again in the console window. It
still runs in the sense that it goes on to the next lines when Resume is
hit. The problem is that just before I do the pause, I do an echo with
print attached to give a description in the console window of the paused
view, before going on to the next view. Now my comments almost
immediately scroll out of view.

Thanks for any possible help,
David Hackney
