Dear Jmol users,
Can Jmol read a structure file (eg, PDB) from bash pipe [ system input ] ?
like
cat foo.pdb | Jmol -
It seems Jmol dosen't recognize the input of a structure file as a
pipe [ like - ] although Jmol can read a script from a pipe like
cat foo.spt | Jmol -I
Appreciate the help if someone shows how to make Jmol read a pipe of
structure file. [ Note that input a structure in a script and let
Jmol read the script is Not an answer I am looking for ]
