there seems with the state files generated in Jmol 14.3.16-2015_09_28 if
there is defined an echo with translucent background:
hoverMessage = "";
set echo ID "hovermessage" 0% 100%;
set echo ID hovermessage "@{hoverMessage}";
background echo [220,220,220] translucent 3;
color echo black;
font echo 15 sansSerif bold;
In the state file "background" is written with "translucent" as a single
word "backgroundtranslucent" resulting in an error during restoring the
state.
Strangely the error occurs while restoring the state from ".spt" and
".png" files (view is not restored completely) but not from ".jpg" files
(view is restored completely).
