Thanks Bob, Bootstrap uses "use strict", and removal seems to fix the problem. If other Jmol users are using Bootstrap they may want to take note of this issue.
A fix is a fix and not to nix (Sorry about that!), but I’m curious about two things: 1) I thought that “use strict” inside a function was local to that function. I guess that’s not the case, unless I’m missing something in the Bootstrap code. I guess it’s also possible that “use strict” could get itself into trouble in minified code??? 2) Do you have any ideas on why this was not an issue in Jsmol 14.2.4?
