A couple of issues there -- 1) Jmol is not set up to allow m4 * pt
2) You should be able to use m3 = m4%1 t = m4%2 pt1 = m3 * pt + t However there is a bug there, as well. No problem if you don't care, but after that operation pt *itself* has been rotated and translated. This is a bug. Angel, can you tell me if you use m3 = rotaProt%1 t = rotaProt%2 p1 = m3 * p1 + t If that gives the expected position? Bob
