Hi Bob, it seems that running the command 'set selectAllModels FALSE' breaks the atom selection in Jmol 14.4.0_2015.11.06 if multiple files are loaded. Afterwards any 'select' command results in zero atoms selected, even after 'set selectAllModels TRUE'.
