I guess the server is back up. It was just a glitch.

isosurface "==1blu"
is working, I can see that
a) you need a cutoff much lower than the default for the difference maps. I
used 0.1.
b) using cutoff 0.1 you get just the positive; using cutoff -0.1 you get
just the negative.
c) adding the SIGN keyword gets you both of those, in two colors. These
colors are settable using, for example,
ISOSURFACE SIGN COLOR green white cutoff 0.1 "==1blu"
