My guess is that GWT is not designed to interact with external pieces. Could that be? You should do everything with the uncompressed files:
cd jsmol copy js/JSmol.full.js JSmol.min.js copy j2s/core/corejmol.js j2s/core/corejmol.z.js But yes, that sounds like you have the issue there. Try removing the request for a cover image in your Info array. Just use the standard Info.
