Hi Henry Apart from sorting out your missing css file, this is my advice: 1.- You probably should get rid of your frames (although I have always been an advocate of frames when they provide functionality) Additionally, your frames definitions have inconsistencies: 69%, 65% 65% -- I do not see the reason.
