Dear all, I have the following code inside a jsmol applet embedded in an html page with some php at the top.
script: 'load inline <?php echo '"'.$GLOBALS['XYZ'].'"';?>;' This code correctly prints out the expected geometry but when it is loaded into the jsmol applet on the page, it is completely incorrect compared to if I load the identical geometry into a regular jmol desktop program.
