Thanks for the suggested API docs @kevinjwalls! I pushed a proposal to use
j.l.management, with the proposed generic API docs.
I dropped "may" and "any" from the paragraph about `-1` return value from
@kevinjwalls original suggestion:
* This method return {@code -1} if the platform does
* not support this operation or the information is not
* available.
