The main tasks consist of, but are not limited to the following:
· answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
· taking and delivering messages
· translating and drafting letters from English/Romanian
· hosting visitors
· managing the relationship with various suppliers
· ordering office supplies
· sending and receiving emails and faxes
· updating databases as needed.
