*Job Title: Assistant Project Manager*

 *Role Purpose: *


 Lead and deliver a small project, or supporting a project leader on the
delivery of a larger project in order to achieve specific time, cost, and
quality targets - typically together with one other consultant and 5 to 7
client task force members.

The role is based on the client site from Monday to Friday and regular
travel to and from there will be required (the clients you will be working
with are based in Europe).


 *Responsibilities: *

   Achieve workstream objectives with the client taskforce by means of:


   -

   Applying the company's methodologies and tools
   -

   Performance management – setting up, monitoring, and acting upon KPIs,

   -

   Relationship Management – building and maintaining relationship with
   key people at all appropriate levels internally and externally
   -

   Transferring skills and knowledge to client and team members through
   coaching, mentoring, and training,


   -

   Contribute by

   Demonstrating the quality of work carried out to the client
   -

   Identifying and highlighting additional areas in which the company can
   add value to the client
   -

   Feeding intellectual capital created during projects back into the
   company


   -

   Appraising the project team and conducting feedback meetings


 *Skills Profile - *abilities or techniques that have been acquired or
developed through training:

   -

   Educated to degree-level
   -

   Fluent in English plus one other European language (especially German
   / Dutch / French / Norwegian / Swedish / Danish)
   -

   3 years experience in one of the company's key industry sectors
   combined with the ability to work in a consulting environment
