• Handle incoming telephones, letters and e-mails 
• Sort and post letters 
• Database tasks 
• Provide secretarial assistance, as required 
• Maintain filing systems (paper and computer) for the team to ensure readily 
accessible, up-to-date information 
• Undertake any necessary photocopying, faxing and stationery orders
