You will:
Welcome visitors
Maintain safe and clean reception and meeting areas by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations
Handle incoming telephones, letters and e-mails
Sort and post letters
Database tasks
Provide secretarial assistance, as required
Maintain filing systems (paper and computer) for the team to ensure readily
accessible, up-to-date information
Undertake any necessary photocopying, faxing and stationery orders
